Training and Development Manager

Job Summary:

Bklis Consults is seeking an experienced and innovative Training and Development Manager to lead our organization’s employee development initiatives. The Training and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and provide targeted training solutions.
  • Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and informative introduction to the company.
  • Track and report on employee progress and training outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
